Welcome to the website of Always Faithful Electrical LLC ("AFE," "we," "us"), a Florida Certified Electrical Contractor (License EC13014180) located at 5337 N Socrum Loop Rd, Suite 302, Lakeland, FL 33809. By using this website or contacting us for service, you agree to these terms.

1. USE OF THIS WEBSITE

This website is provided for information and to let you request electrical services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to submit false information, spam, or anything that could harm the site or other users. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

2. SERVICE REQUESTS AND QUOTES

Submitting a request through our website, phone line, or text does not create a binding agreement for work. Any pricing shown on the website or given over the phone is an estimate only. Final pricing is provided in a written quote or invoice after we've assessed the job. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and may change if the scope of work changes or if conditions on site differ from what was described.

3. SCHEDULING AND ACCESS

Appointment times are estimates. We'll do our best to arrive on time and will let you know if we're delayed. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including electrical panels and any areas where work is needed. If we can't access the site at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and, where permitted by Florida law, a lien on the property for unpaid work.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be charged a trip or cancellation fee. For projects where materials have been ordered or work has begun, you're responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

6. PERMITS AND CODE COMPLIANCE

All work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable Florida and local codes. Where a permit is required, we'll obtain it and its cost will be included in your quote. We will not perform work that violates code or that we believe is unsafe.

7. WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted against defects in workmanship for one (1) year from completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Materials and equipment are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, power surges, storms, pests, or normal wear. Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly.

8. COMMUNICATIONS AND CALL RECORDING

By contacting us, you agree that we may communicate with you by phone, text, or email about your service. Calls to our business line are answered by an automated receptionist and may be recorded for customer service purposes. If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related texts (confirmations, reminders, invoices). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFE's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, or damage to property not directly caused by our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
