Always Faithful Electrical LLC ("AFE," "we," "us") is a licensed electrical contractor based in Lakeland, Florida (FL License EC13014180). This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you call, text, email, or fill out a form on our website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the electrical work you need. That's it — we only collect what's needed to schedule and complete your service.
CALL RECORDING
Calls to our business line are answered by an automated receptionist and may be recorded. Recordings are used only to capture your service request accurately, route it to our team, and improve our customer service. You'll hear a notice at the start of the call that it may be recorded. If you'd rather not be recorded, you can email or text us instead.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to respond to your request, provide quotes, schedule and perform work, send appointment reminders, and issue invoices. We may text you about your service (confirmations, arrival times, invoices) if you've given us your number for that purpose. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We don't use your information for anything other than serving you as a customer.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use Jobber, a field-service software platform, to manage calls, scheduling, and invoicing. Jobber stores your information on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We may also use a payment processor to handle card payments; we don't store your full card number ourselves.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep customer records, including call recordings, only as long as needed for the service, warranty, and our normal business and legal recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we're required to keep by law.
